North Rode Parish Council is a member of the Cheshire Association for Local Councils. As a Parish Council we have a duty to abide by the 7 principles of the Code of Conduct, these include:

- Accountability
- Openness
- Honesty
- Leadership
All Parish Councillors are required to Disclose Pecuniary Interest (DPIs) and Non-Pecuniary Interests.
In accordance with the Localism Act 2011, North Rode Parish Council have adopted the Code of Conduct for Members, which can be found at the Cheshire East Council website HERE. This was re-confirmed at our Parish Meeting in September 2023.
