2nd Defibrillator for North Rode

We are pleased to announce that NRPC have just installed our second public access defibrillator on Park Rd, on the east of the village, just outside the Park Gates. The lock code is the same as for the Daintry Hall defibrillator, and key rings with access codes are available from Parish Councillors. The defibrillator is registered on the Circuit and with the local ambulance service, who can provide the lock code in response to 999 emergency calls. The guardianship is kindly being provided by the Dane Valley First Responders.

The defibrillator and cabinet was kindly donated to the parish by the North Rode 2000 group, with the post and installation funded and carried out by the parish council. Thanks also go to Marilyn Ansley who provided the location and to David Pollock, who provided the power supply. We will be arranging a second CBR training session latter in the year. If you are interested in attending please contact Huw Williams at [email protected] .
