5. To review, approve and sign the minutes of the previous meeting held on 7 th August 2025
6. To discuss any matters arising from the minutes of the meeting
7. Well Dressing event – to discuss the well renovation and preliminary plans – and to confirm the date of the event (possibly last w/e Aug Bank Hol or 1st w/e Sept)
8. Poppy Displays: workshop, costs and displays
9. Defibrillators: Maintenance and on-going costs

b) Land behind Daintry Hall
c) Mobile caravan at North Rode Stables, Bank Lane, North Rode
d) Use of chalet for holiday accommodation at Far Whittles Farm, Bramhall Hill, North Rode
14. Highways – to discuss the following highways issues:
a) Update on HGV reports
b) CEC traffic survey

a) Current balance = £5188.89
(CE precept of £1127.50 paid into the account on 5 th September 2025)
b) Approval of the following expenditures :-
i) Hire of Daintry Hall for meeting 7 th November 2025 – £30
ii) Costs for poppy making materials – glue, paint, drills, bamboo canes, gloves, spraying masks) – Total £128.12
c) To discuss any future expenditure
i) Defibrillator costs?
ii) Purchase of daffodil bulbs for planting around the village?
