    Printing paper and printer ink 2023/24 £30
    D Day Celebrations 6 th June 2024 – deposit payments for the booking of the
    Wychcraft Big Band £100 and a Fish & Chip Van £100

Final costs of the second defibrillator (£120 electric connection & £120 support post

Hire of Daintry Hall for PC Meeting 11th January 2024 £30
Cost of the second First Aid Course in Dec (Hire of Eaton Village Hall £45 for 3 hrs,
Donation to DVFS £40, 100% funded from the entry price of attendees).

    Report on costing and ward member funding for the remaining 3 parish boundary
    signs

  6. Commemoration of D-Day 80 – 6 th June 2024 – update
    To include :- Confirmation of bookings for band and food stall, agreement of the
    church and actions in respect of the beacon. Do we ticket, make a charge? How do we
    promote?

o Daintry Hall Management Committee – invitation to discuss proposals for new
village meeting room / sports pitch and upgrades to Daintry Hall
o CEC – submission of Councillor’s Declaration of Interest forms
