- The Chairman welcomed everyone to the meeting
- An introduction was made of all the Councillors and a welcome to our new Councillor – Richard Edwards.
- There were no apologies for absence
- Councillor Huw Williams presented the Chairman’s annual report for 2022/23 – click here
- Questions and answers session – Councillor Brian Evans used this point as an opportunity to express his view that the Parish Council had been very proactive this year and thanked Huw Williams, Chairman and Janet Hughes, previous Chairman, for their hard work and their energetic approach. Councillor Bailey seconded this point. The Annual Parish Meeting closed at 8:30pm.
