  5. Approval of the minutes of the two previous North Rode Parish Council Meetings –<\/strong>held on Thursday 16th<\/sup> May 2024 (AGM) and an Extraordinary meeting held on Wednesday 3rd<\/sup> July 2024<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    6. Highway Issues<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    a) Traffic & HGV\u2019s on Church Lane \/ Bank Lane \u2013 new road signage to Buxton on Link Road \u2013 next steps?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    b) Flooding & drainage \u2013 Bank Lane, Bramhall Hill & Church Lane \u2013 what is being done by CEC?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    c) Gritting \u2013Additional grit bin at the Park Road area of the village and request for inclusion on CEC\u2019s gritting route<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. Planning Applications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    a) To discuss<\/strong> CEC application number 24\/2680C for Bank Farm, Bank Lane, North Rode – Prior approval for the change of use to erect a temporary tipi structure on existing farm land for five months of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

     b) Updates<\/strong> on planning application numbers 24\/2048C (Full Planning)  for the creation of a timber pavilion, pickleball court and car parking and improvements to Daintry Hall – and 24\/2049C (Listed Building Consent) at Daintry Hall.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Planning Enforcement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    a) Tinker Bells Hollow, Bramhall Hill Lane  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    b) 22\/00120E Creation of entrance to field on Church Lane above Rode Hall Farm <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9.1 Current balance of parish council account as at 22nd<\/sup> August 2024 \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9.2 D Day Celebrations 6th<\/sup> June 2024 \u2013 confirmation that donations of \u00a381 each have been made to five war time charities \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9.3 Outstanding costs –\u00a0 Hire of Daintry Hall for PC Meetings held in May, July and August 2024 – \u00a330 per meeting<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9.4 Change of parish council bank account to an online banking account – update<\/p>\n\n\n\n
