Notice of Annual Parish Meeting followed by the 129th Annual General Meeting of North Rode Parish Council<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


Thursday 11th<\/sup> May 2023<\/strong> at 7.30pm at Daintry Hall<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting as set out hereunder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note, that unless objections are received at the start of the meeting, it is intended to make a voice recording of the meeting in line with the recording of meetings policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Welcome and introduction of our new Councillor
      Completion of spending return forms<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. To Elect a Chair and Vice Chair for 2023-24
      Nominations for Chair Seconded by

      All Councillors to sign acceptance of office forms<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    9. Defibrillator update \u2013 including training in its use, possible second defibrillator, provision of keyrings to residents<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    10. Post Jubilee celebration update \u2013 planting of cherry trees<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    11. Celebration for the coronation of King Charles III \u2013 discussion<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    12. Planning Applications \u2013 (there are no recent planning applications)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    13. Planning Enforcement (the below to remain on agendas until resolved)
      a) Tinker Bells Hollow, Bramhall Hill Lane
      b) Land behind Daintry Hall
      c) Creation of entrance to field on Church Lane above Rode Hall Farm
      d) Shellow Lane Lodges<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    14. Highways \u2013 to discuss the following highways issues:
      a) Update on progress on traffic issues on Bank Lane \/Church Lane
      b) Signage for the village \u2013update on boundary signs including costs
